Luxury Homes Building Philosophy
Steer Luxury Homes is an award winning custom home designer and builder who is
dedicated to building the best custom home that money can buy. We start by
building a home that has been specifically designed for its particular lot. We
take into consideration the location of the lot, positioning the home to make
the most of the views and surrounding landscape. We also design the best entry
and exit routes based on the lot’s shape and size. This makes for a smartly
planned estate that is truly custom and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Our goal and philosophy is to create livable, energy-efficient, and healthy
homes with cherished, timeless features such as archways, columns and fine
woodwork. In keeping with the contemporary lifestyle our open floor plans are
designed to flow logically from one room to the next and to compliment the
activities that take place there. By designing for your style, needs and wants,
we create a home that you love!

Helping you live with your new Steer Home.
Steer Luxury Homes provides a one year limited warranty for all new homes. We
also go a step further and provide a full homeowner’s book. This book contains a
contact list for all the suppliers who worked on your home, all the community
numbers you will need to set up services to your new home. We will be there for
you as you settle into your new home and for years to come. |
